Degree Metropolitan Food + Drink is now open At SpringHill Suites Denver Downtown-MSU Denver. Degree serves lunch and dinner every day from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. with the bar open until midnight except for Sundays.
MSU Denverâs Department of Hospitality, Tourism & Events has offered students a unique opportunity to earn real-life experience working alongside professional restaurateurs at Degree. A portion of all food and drink sales will go towards the MSU Denver Foundation, which benefits student scholarships.
Degree is an internationally inspired menu. It proudly features ethically caught seafood, Colorado meats, and local produce. It also includes an expansive bar menu with wines by the glass, handcrafted cocktails made from local spirits, and 20 Colorado draft beers.
Executive Chef Daniel Hyman leads the Degree culinary team. Hyman received his culinary degree from the Cooking & Hospitality Institute of Chicago and has years of experience. He has trained alongside expert Chicago chefs, including Alex Cheswick, Stephanie Izard and Jacky Pluton
Located close to sporting structures such as the Pepsi Center, Sports Authority Field at Mile High, the Colorado Convention Center, it should have no trouble filling the modern 48-seat dining room.Â
