Hyatt Times Square recently announced that it has received a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for its second consecutive year. The achievement celebrates hospitality businesses that have earned great traveler reviews on TripAdvisor over the past year. Certificate of Excellence recipients include accommodations, eateries and attractions located all over the world that have continually delivered a quality customer experience.
Hyatt Times Square is steps away from renowned attractions including Broadway theaters, Madison Square Garden, Radio City Music Hall and Rockefeller Center. Boasting 487 spacious and stylish rooms, 49 of them suites, this glossy 54-story glass tower is one of the tallest freestanding Hyatts in the world.
The luxurious guestrooms are adorned in an eclectic collection of city-themed pop, minimalist and conceptual artwork as well as breathtaking floor-to-ceiling windows. The hotel is also home to Bar 54, one of the highest rooftop lounges in New York City with spectacular river-to-river views and a slew of specialty cocktails, fine wines and gourmet small plates. Hyatt Times Square has a 4,200-square-foot Timeless – Marilyn Monroe Spa, the only full-service spa within the neighborhood, offering various spa services.
“We are extremely proud of this accomplishment! The Certificate of Excellence award serves as a confirmation of our commitment to providing unparalleled hospitality,” says general manager Philip Stamm. “We deeply value the feedback of our customers, so thank you to all of our guests who have stayed with us and taken the time to review Hyatt Times Square.”
