The global hospitality brand L.E. Hotels announced the addition of a new property in Thousand Oaks, California and the completion of renovations to its beachfront property on the Caribbean island of Curacao. Each property has a unique style with individual character, as well as direct access to L.E. The new hotel is Palm Garden Hotel in Thousand Oaks, California. This hotel is the only full service hotel in Southern California’s Thousand Oaks. The hotel offers 143 guestrooms and suites. Guests can relax by the heated pool outdoors or play a game of life-sized chess. Brendan’s Irish Pub is a local favorite where guests can enjoy a friendly, relaxing dining experience.

The renovated property that was unveiled is Avila Beach Hotel in Willemstad, Curacao. They added soundproofing to existing rooms and updated the furniture in the bathroom and balconies. The Pen restaurant and Sea Terrace have new roofs. Guests can enjoy the Santai Spa or enjoy two private beaches in Downtown Willemstad.
