Planners take note: Paséa Hotel & Spa in Huntington Beach is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year by entering the final chapter of its four-year, $17 million renovation, which will involve a comprehensive refresh of the property’s indoor event spaces. Previous phases of the transformation included the debut of the hotel’s Lōrea restaurant, renovations of rooftop bar Treehouse on PCH, and a redesigned Ninth Island Pool.
“This investment reflects our long-term confidence in Paséa and desire to further elevate the hotel to the next level of lifestyle luxury,” says Kory Kramer, partner at Eagle Four Partners of Newport Beach, one of the hotel’s owners. “Paséa has become an anchor of the community and an integral part of Huntington Beach’s identity, and this next phase reinforces our commitment to its continued evolution as a premier oceanfront destination serving the community and global travelers.”
The latest phase of the refresh, set to be completed by early 2028, will include an updated aesthetic for the property’s 250 guest rooms and suites that draws inspiration from Southern California beach houses. Think layered natural materials, warm wood tones, and a soothing palette of sandy neutrals and ocean blues. Indoor meeting venues will see new wall coverings, carpeting, and lighting throughout for a more contemporary design. Paséa’s lobby, spa, and fitness center also will see updates in the coming year.
