InEvent, a global event technology platform based in Atlanta, launched InEvent Concierge in early November, a new AI-native service that delivers completed, ready-to-use event assets: a built website, a working registration form, and a running email campaign.
The launch makes InEvent the first AI-native service company in event technology, built to put AI to work internally so clients receive finished, human-quality work on demand.
“This launch is not about AI,” says Pedro Goes, cofounder and CEO of InEvent, in a prepared statement. “It is about the revolution of work. Clients don’t want more tools; they want the actual work done, the final piece of work, the actual employee. They don’t want tools to help you do anything, they want the final result.”
“People ask if we’re an AI company now,” says Vinni Neris, chief revenue officer of InEvent. “No. We’re the company that decided event planners deserve their time back without sacrificing quality. We’re not handing you more complex software to figure out. What we are doing is taking the work off your hands and handing you the finished work, all done for you.”
A client submits a request. The AI-native infrastructure, including its Website AI Assistant and Email AI, produces the work, and an expert team of real people reviews it before delivery, so it arrives ready to launch.
“We would spent a decade handing people tools and calling it help,” says Mauricio Giordano, chief technology officer of InEvent. “What if you didn’t have to handle the technical parts of events yourself? What if you just told us what you needed and we handed you the finished product, all done? And no, it’s not another dashboard.”
InEvent Concierge is available today on the company’s website.
