On July 31, the opening night of the Larimer County Fair, The Ranch Events Complex in Loveland debuted with a celebration and ribbon cutting for its 21-acre event lawn. The outdoor space is
the first completed project of Phase 2 of The Ranch Master Plan, and it is designed to host concerts, festivals, community events, large-scale entertainment shows, and other programming year-round.
Additional Phase 2 projects will open through 2030, including an outdoor amphitheater, event plaza, a youth sports facility, campus infrastructure, wayfinding and signage enhancements, improvements to the complex’s Blue Federal Credit Union Arena, and more. Work on the next major project, the 6,000-capacity amphitheater, will break ground late this year.
