Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago is opening three new event spaces this spring. The new areas, all with views of the Chicago River, total 6,500 square feet and were designed by Valerio Dewalt Train Associates.
“Our private function areas are always in extremely high demand, and these additions will only augment our ability to celebrate more memorable gatherings with our guests,” said T. Colm O’Callaghan, the hotel’s vice president and managing director. “Our team has collaborated closely with Valerio Dewalt Train Associates and the Trump family to deliver the very best in design, style and versatility, and we agree that these new areas will both enhance the building’s grandeur while providing our clients with an incomparable Chicago experience.”
The Riverside Gallery is a 2,000-square-foot area accessible via the hotel’s main entrance, or a second entry on the building’s west side. It’s designed to transform into private function space for receptions, seated dinners and meetings with a capacity for 40 to 240 people, depending on the event. When not in use for private events, the gallery will serve as an extension of the hotel lobby.
The Riverside Room is located on the hotel’s River Walk and offers 1,800 square feet of event space, with outdoor access available. It can host events for up to 200 people.
The Bridgeview Room is 2,800 square feet and has a capacity of up to 250 people. It’s located one floor above the hotel’s west entrance.
