Meet Minneapolis is expanding their communications and public relations team with the recent addition of Matt Laible as a communications and public relations manager. Laible has worked for the City of Minneapolis in the communications department for the past ten years.
Already on the public relations team is Kristen Montag. Her role within Meet Minneapolis will emphasize on Minneapolis tourism, current sports bids, sports events and leisure travel. Laible will take the reign on conventions, new sports business and other happenings with Meet Minneapolis.
Throughout the last year, Minneapolis and Saint Paul have had more visitors than ever before. Laible and Montag are eager to keep that trend going, working with a number of upcoming events, including the 2018 Super Bowl and the 2019 NCAA Final Four.
