PAM+E: What is your favorite part about working at The Hotel Hershey?
KP: It is a beautiful place to work and I love meeting new people.
PAM+E: Pick one piece of knowledge that you have learned over the years about being a concierge?KP: You can’t please everyone, but you need to!
PAM+E: Where are your favorite places to eat?
KP: The Circular at The Hershey – our flagship restaurant – is my favorite place for breakfast and Harvest is a great location for lunch. Devon Seafood + Steak in downtown Hershey and The Circular are my two favorites for dinner.
PAM+E: What about Hershey is your favorite and why?
KP: Everything in downtown is within walking distance or a short drive – restaurants, Hersheypark, schools, Hershey Theatre and a movie theater.
PAM+E: What is your rainy day recommendation?
KP: Our indoor pool; Hershey’s Chocolate World Attraction; The Hershey Story, the Museum on Chocolate Avenue; and the Tanger Outlets for shopping.
PAM+E: What is your favorite place in Hershey?
KP: My home!
