C Lazy U Ranch in Granby hired guest-ranch veteran Shelby Tankersley as assistant general manager to lead operations across its food and beverage, guest services, and rooms departments. Her background spans more than a decade of guest-ranch operations, food and beverage service, and territory sales management in Colorado and Arizona. Most recently, Tankersley served as the operations manager at family-owned Black Mountain Ranch in McCoy.
