Located just west of Austin, Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa appointed Herve Cuyeu as its complex executive chef in mid-January. He leads the resort’s entire food and beverage program, which includes nine dining venues and the Barton Creek Country Club’s culinary outlets. Originally from Bordeaux, France, Cuyeu has held many culinary leadership roles at hotels across the U.S., most recently serving as executive chef at Arizona’s Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia.
