Ritz-Carlton Dallas Unveiled $9 Million Renovation

By M+E Staff

The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, in collaboration with Patty Xenos Design Inc., has unveiled a $9 million contemporary renovation of its guest rooms, corridors, lobby and club lounge inspired by current art and design, as well as the landscape of north Texas.

Guest rooms have been decorated with wall coverings, draperies and insets in hues of grey and blue. Luxury linens, leather headboards and ergonomic desk chairs furnish the rooms. Bathrooms have been upgraded with tiles, mirrors and wall coverings.  The rooms have been upgraded with several electric plugs for charging electronic devices as well as safes to store laptops and mobile devices. Internet TV provides streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, Pandora and Crackle. Additionally, guest corridors have been decorated with lighting and wall coverings in soft taupe and blue colors.

The Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge has been upgraded with hardwood flooring, white marble, carpeting and mirrored ceilings. Texas wines, craft beers and local sodas are rotated weekly so guests always have something new to try. The hotel’s pastry team also highlights daily selections. The Club Lounge serves breakfast, lunch, tea service, cocktails and cordials daily.

The hotel has introduced the Tequila Library in the lobby to compliment the Guacamologist, which has offered fresh guacamole and mini-margaritas since The Ritz-Carlton Dallas opened.
